- Click the share tab and choose advanced sharing option from the list.
- Select the “Share this folder” checkbox and then navigate to the “Permissions” section.

Solution 2- Update QuickBooks application

Solution 3- Configure your QuickBooks Hosting Services
Step 1- Verify hosting
- First you need to restart the software on both server and run the application on both system as a multi user mode.
- Now go to the file menu and click on Utility option.
- Select the option to disable or cease hosting the multi-user access.
Step 2- Verify QuickBooks Services
- Open the run and type MSC and find out the Services.msc from the box.
- Search and select the QuickBooksDBXX services.
- Also, perform the startup in automatic mode.
